Arrive in Muscat, the scenic capital of Oman. Upon arrival at Muscat International Airport, meet your representative and transfer to your hotel. Standard check-in is at 1400 hrs. Around 1700 hrs, your 4WD rooftop tent vehicle will be delivered, or the following morning by 8:30 AM. Overnight at Ramada Encore Muscat Standard Room | No Meals
Begin the day with a guided city tour of Muscat. Highlights include Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the Natural History Museum, Royal Opera House, and Al Alam Palace (photo stop only), flanked by the historic forts Jalali & Mirani. Drive towards Nakhal and visit Nakhal Fort, followed by the hot springs of Ayn Al Thuwarah. Continue to the adventurous Snake Canyon route through Wadi Bani Awf, passing the villages of Bilad Sayt and Hat before reaching Al Hamra. Overnight at Al Hamra4x4 Vehicle with Rooftop Tent
Visit the historic village of Misfat Al Abriyyin, and optionally explore Al Hoota Caves. Continue to Wadi Ghul and ascend to Jabal Shams, offering panoramic views of Oman’s Grand Canyon. Overnight at Jabal Shams4x4 Vehicle with Rooftop Tent

Drive to the lush oasis of Wadi Bani Khalid, followed by an adventurous ride through the dunes of Wahiba Sands. Overnight in Wahiba Sands4x4 Vehicle with Rooftop Tent Dinner & Refreshments at Desert Rose Camp available at $45 per person.
Visit traditional villages en route to Al Ashkharah beach, then follow the coastal road through Ru'Ays to reach Ras Al Hadd. Optionally visit the Ras Al Jinz Turtle Reserve. Overnight at Ras Al Hadd4x4 Vehicle with Rooftop Tent
Drive to Sur, visit dhow shipyards, then explore Qalhat's Bibi Miriam Mausoleum, Wadi Tiwi, Fins Beach, and Bimmah Sinkhole. Return the vehicle at the airport or hotel in Muscat.
The accommodation during the program includes two nights at the 4-star Ramada Encore Muscat with breakfast and six nights of rooftop camping at various scenic and remote locations throughout Oman. The rooftop camping offers a unique adventure experience amidst nature, though no meals are included during the camping nights.
The cost of the package is $2,468 for a solo traveler. For two participants, the per person rate is $1,230 with a single room supplement of $112 for the hotel stay. For three travelers, the cost is $1,060 per person, and for four travelers, it is $835 per person. The single supplement remains the same for each of these shared arrangements at $112, which covers the two hotel nights in Muscat.

Self-drive vehicles are delivered and picked up in Muscat only. Rentals come with unlimited mileage and require a valid credit card in the driver’s name as a security deposit. In case of any damage, a police report is mandatory; otherwise, the customer is fully liable for repair costs. Vehicles must be returned with a full tank; refueling charges apply if not. A cleaning fee will also be charged if the vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition.
No charges apply for cancellations made 21 days or more before arrival. Cancellations within 21 days of arrival will incur a 100% fee.
